Karen is responsible for PURE’s member and agency services. Karen joined PURE in March of 2006 after 10 years at Fiserv Insurance Solutions Division where she was a consultant in developing and implementing personal lines and claims software systems. Prior to joining Fiserv she spent over 10 years as the Assistant Vice President at Church Insurance where she headed up their services division.
