PURE offers coverage to condominium unit owners who purchase personal property of $500,000 or greater.

PURE's careful underwriting allows those who qualify to often find substantial savings and coverage that is more appropriate for their needs, including up to $25,000 to pay for damage you might cause to a neighboring unit.

We ask that unit owners insure for the full cost to replace their personal property (including alterations and improvements). Further, we expect the building (and each unit) to comply with our construction guidelines.
